How to cook "Pork's Intestines Fried Green Vegetables With Glue Sauce"

When you don't have time to cook a whole meal, you can cook it in one meal to make it delicious.
Ingredients
Pork intestines - 250 g (you can use your favorite meat)

Garlic - 2 large cloves
Broccoli - about 3 bunches

Tomatoes - one serving
Cauliflower - about 4 branches

Chinese masala - quarter teaspoon

Clear soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1/2 tablespoon

Oil - about 6 tablespoons
To make glue
Corn flour - half a tablespoon
Sugar - one tablespoon
Salt - half a teaspoon
Water - 2 cups of green tea (dissolve everything)
How to prepare
Wash the pork intestines and add a little salt and turmeric powder.
Once finished, add water and cook until the water dries up.
Pour the juice and thinly slice it.
Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into quarters.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Drain and rinse the saffron.
Wash the onion and cut it into small pieces about 2 hands thick.
Wash the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots and cut them to your liking.
Peel the chin, wash it and cut it into small fibers.
Peel the garlic, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.
Prepare the ingredients you will need to cook.
Heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
Once done, fry the garlic until fragrant.
Once the garlic becomes fragrant, fry the vegetables such as chopped cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, onions, etc.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry and keep aside.
