The United States (Travel.State.Gov) announced that Myanmar is at risk level 4 (Do Not Travel) in Travel Advisory. In this statement, they suggested that the travellers should not visit or go to Myanmar because many dangerous issues accur there such as civil unrest, armed conflict, land mines and unexploded ordnance, and inadequate health resources.

There are 21 countries that were in level 4 according to the articles of Travel.State.Gov. These counteries are South Sudan, Russia, Mali, Burma (Myanmar), Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Ukraine, Haiti, Belarus, Libya, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Tonga, Central African Republic, Burkina Faso and Afghanistan.

Travel.State.Gov is one of the departments by United State Government. Their mission is to protect the lives and interests of U.S. citizens overseas. They release the articles and point out the things that can make their citizens dangerous and warn the dangerous situations. They serve especially citizens during their most important moments – births, deaths, disasters, arrests, and medical emergencies.

Customizing Lock Screen is very simple and I will show you how to customize your lock screen, widget, wallapaper and focus.

1.Long-press on the Lock Screen

The thing you have to do for customizing is just long-press on lock screen anywhere except your notification area. Your Lock Screen will show you a (+) button and a customize button. The (+) button is to create a new lock screen profile and the Customize Button is for customizing your current lock screen profile. If you want to change the lock screen profile after you did setup all profiles you want, just swipe left and right.

2.Lock Screen Style

When you click the (+) button to create a new profile, you have to choose a lock screen style. There are 7 categories in styles that you can be interested.

3.Date & time display

Once you’ve got a style picked out, you can customize the time and date. You can choose font style, font size and font color as you want.


After you customize date and time, you can add some widgets o your lock screen. The widget area is just under time showing area. I recommend to use weather widget or speedtest widget.

When you finish all your customization on lock screen, I recommend you to link a focus mode with your lock screen style profile. It is a useful function that can make our daily life more easier. We can create many profile for our situation and mood. Example, we can create a profile such as Meeting Mode with DND, Family Mode with customized call, message, notifications in focus, Work Mode with useful widget or Relax Mode with rexaling Wallpapers and focus mode. If you want to change your mode after one period.

How To Cook a Delicious Red Pork Curry in Burmese Style

Red pork curry is a dish that will turn into black pork within minutes if you do not cook with patience. First fry the pork with sugar and oil, then add hot water and cook it until the outside layer is firm and the inside is soft. Then add garlic and onions to make a sauce. If you add water after frying the onions and garlic and cook until the meat is soft, it tastes like sweet pork or pork curry in thick oil.


1. Pork - 1kg
2. Salt - 2 teaspoons
3. Chicken Powder - 3 teaspoons
4. Oil - 200 ml
5. Sugar - 3 table spoons
6. Polishing Powder - 2 teaspoons
7. Hot Water - 375 ml
8. sliced clove of large garlic - 7 cloves
9. large onions - 1 (chopped to 8 parts)

Step By Step for Cooking

  • Wash and dry the pork as much as possible. Mixed with salt, chicken powder and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Add the oil and sugar into the pan and cook it with medium high heat. (Don't forget to pread the sugar to get same heat)
  • Once the sugar has turned quite red, reduce the heat to medium.
  • Immediately add the meat and stir-fry 3-4 times so that the sugar is not burnt, and spread the meat that it touches the bottom of the pan as much as possible.
  • After spreading everything, keep it for 3 minutes without stirring until the meat turns red.
  • After about 3 minutes, the meat has become red, then turn it to the other side.
  • Cook the meat on the other side for about 3 minutes until it turns red.
  • Add the varnish powder and stir 3/4 times. Cook not only until the water from the meat evaporated and become less but also oil from meat is thick in the pan.
  • When the fatty meat becomes tender, add hot water and cover the pot. And then cook it for about 20 minutes to dry up the water again on medium heat.
  • Sugar and baking powder are easy to burn so that you need to keep watching and stirring if the water dry up.
  • Add garlic and onion, open the lid and stir-fry on medium high heat for about 15 minutes.
  • When the color is red and the meat tender, now the delicious red pork curry is ready.
